Century Cruises reveals details of the maiden voyage of their newest ship Century Glory. The biggest and youngest vessel on the Yangtze River will set sail from cosmopolitan Shanghai on the 9th September for an inaugural 11-day cruise to China’s secret metropolis, Chongqing. Anticipation of the newest vessel is high and the maiden voyage is already fully booked.
The Grand Lobby makes for a grand entrance fit for a King which is how you will feel onboard Century Glory! Guests from all around the world will indulge in splendours spread over 7 decks and enjoy the exquisite design of 144 Deluxe cabins and 64 Superior cabins. The biggest ship on the Yangtze will accommodate 650 passengers, and almost every cabin features river view balconies. For families travelling together, Century Glory offers 12 spacious and stunningly decorated Family Suites located on the 6th deck. Additionally, there are 12 Executive Suites designed to blend Chinese and Western styles and offering comfort and luxury. For those who wish to have a piece of the Yangtze River just for themselves, Century Glory has incorporated two comfortable and stylish suites with a Panorama Cafe (Observation Cafe), located in the exclusive area of the bow, and it may be the best scenic cafe aboard any river cruiser.
The sundeck is a magnificent space for leisure and entertainment – 1000sqm which is four times the size of a tennis court. Two plush, classic dining rooms create an elegant and tranquil setting fit for a relaxing cruise on the Yangtze River. The food abroad Century Glory will offer inventive and appetizing menus appealing to all the senses. The distinctive Cheers Bar and Lounge will offer drinks from all around the world, from mojitos to local wines. Additionally, Century Glory will offer an HD cinema, gym, self-service laundry and small convenience store.
